As an independent consultancy specialising in the design, build, maintenance of steel buildings, we work with our customers across all aspects of a project to ensure the best outcomes at every opportunity.

Building on our thirty years of wide industry experience we take this knowledge and deliver it on projects for the benefit of our clients, looking at ways to drive efficiency and reduce cost throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Our approach

Design management

We work with you to fully define a client brief for the project. We then select the most appropriate consultants from our pool and proceed with the completion of the most efficient design. We can also leverage our experience with councils on the coast to manage the consent process.

Project feasibility

We work with you to fully understand the needs of your project. Then we produce accurate cost estimates based on these factors across the three systems we consult on, so that you as the client can make the most informed choice.

Project tendering

If we can’t make one of our propriety systems work for the project then we can run a tender process to three preferred subcontractors for the manufacture and erection of your building.

Construction management

We can manage the construction of your project. For all other subcontractors, we facilitate individual agreements directly with the client. This allows the client to pay them directly, saving the additional cost of a builder’s margin.
